The psychometric test is the easiest way to get a lifetime of information on a prospective employee in a very short amount of time. The more informed you are as an interviewer the better the results will be for all parties involved. The mishandling of a new employee can eclipse the cost of a test in lost revenue a thousand times over. It’s an approach that once tested is hard to do without.
